To create an account, simply click on the "Get Started" button on our homepage. Fill in the required details, and you'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

To update your profile, log in to your account and navigate to the "Settings" section. From there, you can edit your personal details, such as your name, email, phone number, password, and address. Once you've made the changes, click the "Submit" button to update your profile information.

You can track your delivery through our app by logging into your account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Track Delivery" section, where you will find real-time updates on the location and status of your package.

Surge fees are additional charges applied during periods of high demand to ensure that delivery services remain efficient and reliable. These fees help incentivize more riders to be available, ensuring timely deliveries for customers even during peak times.

We currently serve the Abakaliki area, with upcoming expansions to Enugu, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Uyo, and Awka etc.

Our mobile app is coming soon to both the App Store and Google Play. With the app, you'll be able to request deliveries, track your packages in real-time, make payments, and manage your account easily from your smartphone. But you can still use our web app platform to access all our services.

If you cancel your order, a small token of 8% will be deducted from your fee to cover processing costs.
